Job summary

WhiteTech, a remote-first fintech software provider, is seeking a Product Manager to own the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery. You will work with engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders to build scalable fintech SaaS solutions.

You will lead customer interviews, define MVPs, manage backlogs, and align product strategy with business goals while ensuring high-quality launches and strong customer value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in product or technology-driven companies.
• Experience working directly with customers, enterprise clients, or business stakeholders.
• Experience working with Agile product development methodologies.
• Experience prioritizing backlogs and making data-driven product decisions.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
• English proficiency: Experience building products from scratch (0→1).
• Experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, KYC/KYB, Compliance, Card Issuing, or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and business priorities through customer interactions and market research.
• Define MVP scope and continuously evolve the product based on customer feedback and business impact.
• Balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business goals when making product decisions.
• Engage directly with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to validate product direction.
• Lead product discovery through customer interviews, user research, and competitor analysis.
• Create and maintain a well-structured product backlog.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Present product strategy, roadmap, and product performance to senior leadership.
• Serve as the primary product representative for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure features deliver customer and business value.
• Support Agile delivery and continuous product improvement.
• Facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and roadmap discussions.
