Job summary

WhiteTech, a remote-first fintech PLM platform provider, is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate day-to-day delivery across developers, QA, analysts, designers, and stakeholders. You’ll manage priorities, risks, and dependencies while ensuring effective communication within a distributed team.

You will work within Agile/Scrum timelines, maintain documentation, and drive milestones from planning through releases. A strong background in FinTech, Payments, SaaS, and open banking is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a product or technology-driven company.
• Good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
• Experience with requirements gathering, task clarification, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Experience in FinTech, Payments, E-commerce, or SaaS projects.
• Basic understanding of payment systems and financial products.
• Technical background or good understanding of software development processes.
• Agile/Scrum or other project management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and define milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure tasks progress as planned.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, and delivery schedules.
• Work within Agile/Scrum processes and facilitate team ceremonies.
• Translate business needs into actionable development tasks.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate requirements clearly.
• Support backlog management and prioritization with stakeholders.
• Track scope, timelines, risks, and delivery progress.
• Coordinate scope changes and ensure proper communication.
• Monitor progress using Jira, Confluence and other PM tools.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, blockers, dependencies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives and status meetings.
• Support release planning, testing, and validation activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge sharing within the team.
