Job summary

PayTrace by North, a leader in B2B payments, seeks an Account Executive to drive new business remotely in the US. You will cold-call prospects, analyze merchant statements, and apply Level 2/3 requalification to close deals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in payments or FinTech sales, plus strong CRM skills with Zoho/HubSpot. Expect high-velocity pipeline work and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payment processing, merchant services, or FinTech sales experience.
• 1+ year outbound self-sourcing sales experience.
• Experience with high volume cold calling (60+ calls per day).
• Experience with credit card statement analysis and Level 2/3 interchange requalification.
• Proficiency with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Slack, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through self-sourcing and self-prospecting techniques.
• Proactively engage potential clients via extensive cold-calling (60 outbound calls daily) to hunt decision-makers and drive pipeline growth.
• Perform merchant statement analysis and apply Level 2/3 interchange requalification strategies to demonstrate value.
• Drive sales momentum with speed to lead, speed to application, and speed to activation.
• Collect underwriting documents (business financials, processing statements) to move deals through approval.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline using Zoho CRM and HubSpot; maintain transparency of rates and terms.
• Meet and exceed quotas.
