Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a results-driven fintech sales professional to lead the full sales cycle across the US SME market. You will prospect, discover, negotiate, close, onboard, and ensure early customer success for a growing portfolio.

You will build expertise in payments, cross-border, and spend management to translate complex financial solutions into clear business value for ecommerce, SaaS, and professional services customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle fintech sales experience.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in technical or solution-based selling.
• Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS, or finance teams.
• Strong pipeline generation and outbound prospecting.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and sales enablement tools.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, onboarding, and early customer success.
• Build deep expertise across payments, cross-border payments, billing, and spend management.
• Drive revenue growth by positioning Airwallex’s financial technology around clear customer value.
• Partner with legal, finance, strategy, and technology partners to move opportunities forward.
• Improve the sales motion by developing verticals, documenting best practices, and representing Airwallex at events.
