Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team of full-cycle Account Executives with emphasis on closing.
• Collaborate with outbound leaders to refine ICPs and identify SMB opportunities.
• Coach AEs on discovery, negotiation, pricing, and close planning to improve win rates.
• Drive pipeline management practices, forecast accuracy, and deal velocity.
• Develop AEs to manage multi-stakeholder SMB deals and economic buyers.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and implement a metrics-led operating cadence.
