Job summary

Airwallex is seeking driven Account Executives to join its SME & Growth Business team in the Americas. You will drive expansion in the US SME market across ecommerce, SaaS, professional services, and tech-enabled businesses.

In this role you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, coordinate internal teams, translate complex products into clear business value, and represent Airwallex at industry events. A hybrid schedule and presence in SF or NYC are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outbound B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, or adjacent tech.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical or solution-based environment.
• Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS, spend management, or finance teams.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including ramping and early customer success.
• Develop deep product expertise in Airwallex platform for payments acceptance, cross-border payments, billing, or spend management.
• Exceed revenue targets through strategic positioning of our financial technology suite.
• Conduct technical and commercial consultations to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and strategy teams to negotiate and execute partnerships and contracts.
• Refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and scalability across verticals.
• Set the standard for excellence with documentation of best practices and teamwork.
