Job summary

Venture East is seeking an Account Executive to join our remote team. You will build and maintain client relationships, drive revenue growth, and provide innovative financial solutions. This is a full-time remote role with a salary range of $80,000 to $115,899.

You will identify new business opportunities, manage client accounts, track sales performance, and collaborate with sales and marketing to grow revenue. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in sales, fintech preferred, are recommended.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, preferably fintech/financial services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and other relevant sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging your sales expertise and industry knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and company product offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
