Job summary

Open Talent in Manhattan, NYC seeks an Account Executive to own 100% new business across SMB and mid-market accounts. You will run the full sales cycle from discovery to close, selling to founders, operators, finance leaders, and commercial decision makers.

You will create urgency, multi-thread accounts, and build a self-sourced pipeline while closing new logos and driving revenue growth for a high-growth fintech. This role offers uncapped upside and a fast-track, meritocratic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in opening new business and closing high-value deals.
• Experience selling to founders, operators, finance leaders, and commercial buyers.
• Ability to build and maintain self-sourced pipeline and multi-threaded accounts.
