Job summary

Cisco is seeking a FinOps professional to lead analysis and execution of AWS Savings Plan purchases, improving coverage and reducing risk. You will partner with engineering, finance, architecture, and product teams to build forecasts, dashboards, and executive-ready reports on cloud spend and savings.

Remote within the United States, the role requires strong Excel/Sheets skills, AWS cost management experience, and a drive to turn data into actionable insights that support gross margin

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a related field with 3+ years FinOps experience.
• Hands-on AWS cost management experience required.
• Experience with forecasting, dashboards, and cost models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and execution of AWS Savings Plan purchases to improve commitment coverage and manage utilization risk.
• Translate cloud and AI spend into financial insights to support Cisco Cloud gross margin.
• Build forecasts, budgets, cost models, dashboards, and analyses for executive reporting.
• Measure success through Savings Plan coverage improvements and cost efficiencies.
