Job summary

MANTECH in the United States is seeking a Cloud Financial Operations Analyst to optimize cloud spending across AWS, Azure, and GCP. This remote role supports budgeting, forecasts, and cost estimates aligned with business objectives.

You will build dashboards, track KPIs and total cost of ownership, develop cost allocation models, and implement governance to promote cost accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Operations, Cloud Cost Management, or a similar IT Financial role.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assess current cloud cost processes and design improvements for multi-cloud environments.
• Analyze cloud billing data to identify cost trends, inefficiencies, and anomalies.
• Build dashboards and reports for KPIs, total cost of ownership, and chargebacks.
• Partner with finance and engineering on budgets, forecasts, and rolling forecasts.
• Establish governance policies and cost allocation models.
