Cisco is seeking a FinOps-focused analyst to lead AWS Savings Plan purchases and optimize cloud spend across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will translate token-based spend into financial insights and drive cost optimization with engineering and finance partners.

You will build forecasts, budgets, and executive dashboards, delivering actionable insights to improve cloud gross margin while working independently in a remote U.S. environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, CS, engineering, info systems, or related field (5+ years experience).
• Minimum 3 years FinOps/cloud cost management experience, including AWS.
• Hands-on with AWS Reservations and Savings Plans sizing, coverage, utilization, risk.
• Experience building cloud forecasts, budgets, cost models, dashboards, using advanced Excel/Sheets.

Responsabilités

• Lead AWS Savings Plan purchases to improve commitment coverage and utilization.
• Translate cloud and AI spend into financial insights for gross margin.
• Build forecasts, dashboards, and executive reports for spending trends and risks.
• Operate as an individual contributor with no direct reports.
