Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a FinOps analyst to optimize cloud costs, focusing on AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will translate token-based spend into financial insights, build forecasts and dashboards, and drive savings to support gross margin.

Remote role across the U.S. with independent work in a fast-paced FinOps environment. Responsibilities include leading Savings Plan analysis, monitoring coverage, and collaborating with engineering, finance, and product teams to deliver actionable cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in FinOps or cloud cost management, including AWS cost management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Reservations and Savings Plans, sizing and coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and execution of Savings Plan purchases to improve commitment coverage.
• Build forecasts, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting for spending trends and savings.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, architecture, and product teams to optimize cloud costs.
