Patrique Mercier Recruitment By Nellie in the United States is seeking a Finnish-speaking HealthTech Support Specialist to assist international clients using health technology products via phone, email, and live chat.

You will diagnose software and hardware issues, document interactions in CRM, and collaborate with product teams to resolve escalations while delivering excellent customer service in Finnish and English. Relocation and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Formación

Fluent in Finnish and English with strong communication skills.
Experience in customer or technical support, preferably in health tech or healthcare.
