Ideal candidates communicate fluently in Finnish and English, have prior customer support experience in a business setting, and enjoy collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Finnish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in a customer support role, preferably in a business/corporate setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on client relationships.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software is advantageous.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide dedicated support to Finnish-speaking business clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries about business services, account management, and other operational needs.
• Resolve client issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction with services.
• Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system for reference and QA.
