Breakthru Beverage California, LLC is seeking an Aspect Account Development Specialist to lead the sales efforts for a defined portfolio within California. The role focuses on increasing share and velocity through in-market activations and strategic brand placements, building strong relationships with supplier contacts, and acting as the expert consultant for assigned accounts.

You will travel locally to accounts, attend events, deliver training, and collaborate with retail and on-premise teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years in sales or related field.
• Fine Wine accreditation preferred; WSET Level 2 or similar in progress or completed within 6 months.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share 80% of time in market within assigned base.
• Develop beverage and marketing strategies for growth of assigned category/large supplier.
• Research trends and portfolio to meet supplier goals.
• Present new products and conduct monthly business reviews with key accounts.
• Collaborate with Trade Development and Sales to excel at speed to market on new launches.
• Plan high-end consumer activations within key accounts to raise category awareness.
