Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is hiring an Aspect Account Development Specialist in San Francisco, focusing on FiDi and Marina. The role drives revenue, builds relationships with top accounts, and leads brand activations and training to grow the Fine Wine portfolio within in-market locations.

The ideal candidate has sales experience in fine wine or F&B buying, strong presentation and relationship skills, and the ability to manage events and educate staff across accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for assigned portfolio in in-market accounts.
• Present new products and conduct monthly business reviews with key accounts.
• Develop training modules for sales team, customers, and suppliers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
• Coordinate in-market events and staff education to promote the portfolio.
• Analyze account needs and deliver brand-focused strategies to achieve growth.
• Support on-premise and retail teams with POS and feature alignment.
