Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks an Account Development Specialist to lead the Aspect Fine Wine portfolio in San Francisco's FiDi and Marina regions. You will drive brand activations, educate staff, and manage relationships with on-premise and retail partners to grow share and velocity.

You will plan high-end consumer experiences, analyze market trends, and deliver training to the sales team and suppliers while collaborating with Trade Development and Sales management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience in related field.
• Fine Wine accreditation or in process (WSET Level 2 or similar) within 6 months.
• Strong wine knowledge across styles/regions and consumer trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for the assigned portfolio; spend 80% in market.
• Present products and conduct monthly business reviews with key accounts.
• Lead in-market activations and education for on-premise accounts.
• Develop sales trainings for teams and suppliers; build cross-department collaboration.
