Job summary

ServiceTitan in the United States seeks a Technical Support Specialist for the Financials pillar to guide customers through invoicing, AR, and financial reporting, using our software to optimize profitability. You will communicate via phone, chat, email, and screen sharing.

You’ll master accounting modules, troubleshoot integrations with QuickBooks and Sage, and advise on chart of accounts and month-end close while staying patient and customer-focused in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technical support or accounting.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking.
• Empathetic, patient communicator who can explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and accept feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer-centric mindset with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with all aspects of our software via phone, chat, email, and screen-sharing sessions.
• Master the financial modules (invoicing, accounts receivable, job costing) to provide expert guidance.
• Troubleshoot accounting integrations (QuickBooks, Sage, and other platforms).
• Guide customers on chart of accounts setup, financial reporting, and month-end close procedures.
• Prevent escalations and de-escalate using support tools and testing.
