Job summary

GreenSlate is seeking an Accounting Success Specialist to be the primary contact for clients using our production accounting and payroll software. You will answer questions by phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, and ensure users have the knowledge and tools to succeed.

This role is remote within the United States, with candidates expected to be in the Pacific Time Zone to be considered. You will collaborate with internal teams for QA, bug reporting, and customer-centric service that

Qualifications

• Answer accounting/software questions via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist with QA testing of new software releases.
• Transfer/escalate issues to other team members as required.
• Utilize HubSpot help desk software to log tickets and resolutions.
• Submit software development requests and bugs to development on behalf of users.
• Assist with planning and coordinating user communications as necessary.
• Perform data integrity GL reconciliations on the client's behalf as necessary.
