Foundever is seeking a Customer Service, Technical Support & Sales Representative to provide personalized support for customers using financial tracking, accounting, and tax software. You will guide users through tasks, educate on products, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes inbound phone support, problem solving, and strong communication, with a full-time schedule and WFH flexibility for qualified candidates in Canada.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, evenings and weekends.
• Strong verbal & written communication.
• Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customers.
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support via inbound phone calls.
• Perform technical assistance by troubleshooting basic system issues within the financial software.
• Guide customers through completing specific tasks/actions within the software.
• Educate customers on various products and solutions to fit their needs.
• Present customers with product solutions and upselling opportunities.
• Utilize effective communication to de-escalate customer concerns.
