You will troubleshoot integrations (QuickBooks, Sage) and advise on accounting best practices, helping small businesses optimize profitability through our software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in technical support or accounting-related role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; empathetic and patient.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact via phone, chat, email, and screen sharing.
• Master the Financials modules (invoicing, AR, job costing) to guide customers.
• Troubleshoot accounting integrations (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.).
• Guide customers on accounting best practices within ServiceTitan.
