Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert (Contractor) to support AI training for accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP evaluations. You will review AI outputs, annotate statements, and ensure accuracy across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.

Strong English and 3+ years in accounting required. Remote, worldwide collaboration expected with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, FP&A with substantial accounting responsibilities.
Proven experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday, or comparable systems.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and treatments.
Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies with clear rationale for corrections.
Assess workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
