Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support AI training and validation of accounting outputs. This remote contractor role focuses on evaluating ERP and financial processes within NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.

You will review journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close workpapers, provide actionable feedback, and create realistic scenarios to improve model accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating AI training data in an accounting context.
• Ability to annotate financial statements and journal entries.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide corrections with rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
