YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support AI-driven accounting projects. This remote contractor role focuses on evaluating AI-generated outputs, annotating financial data, and improving ERP workflows across leading systems.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in finance and experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar tools, plus strong Excel skills and English proficiency. Flexible schedule and global collaboration offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A with substantial accounting responsibilities.
• Proven experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with multiple financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply written rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
