Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support AI-driven accounting operations and ERP improvement remotely worldwide. You will evaluate AI outputs, annotate financial statements, and refine journal entries with a strong emphasis on accuracy and controls.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in financial accounting and experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, and related ERP systems, plus advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, FP&A with substantial responsibilities.
• Proven experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with multiple financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, or Dynamics 365.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide corrections with clear rationale.
