YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support AI-driven finance projects. The role involves evaluating AI-generated accounting outputs, auditing journal entries, and ensuring accurate month-end close across ERP platforms.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in financial accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Xero. This is a remote, contractor engagement with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and journal entries
• Review and annotate financial statements and month-end close workpapers
• Identify and correct errors with clear rationale
• Assess workflows across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365
• Apply rubrics to evaluate AI responses and scoring
• Create realistic accounting scenarios for AI training
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance
• Support end-to-end financial processes from recording to reporting
