Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert on a remote, contractor basis to support AI training for accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP system evaluation. You will assess AI outputs, annotate financial data, and provide actionable feedback to improve model performance across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Experience in evaluating AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, journal entries, and treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies with clear rationale for corrections.
• Familiarity with financial systems logic across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Experience applying rubrics to evaluate and rank AI-generated responses in accounting contexts.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.

• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
