Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Financial Reporting Manager to lead the Financial Analysts team and partner with the Associate Director of Financial Reporting & Analytics. The role focuses on managing daily reporting, developing analytics tools, and delivering accurate firmwide financial insights.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and external surveys while ensuring data integrity across multiple systems; strong communication with leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Finance or related field required.
• 5 years’ managerial experience in a law firm preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data extraction and enterprise data warehouse tools (ETL).
• SQL proficiency required; advanced Excel and Power BI skills mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop Financial Analysts; oversee workload prioritization and professional development.
• Assist in firmwide financial and statistical reporting, including leadership reports and Board materials.
• Maintain dashboards and ensure data accuracy across systems; prepare partner statistics for compensation leadership.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and internal target analysis; translate initiatives into measurable metrics.
• Oversee year-end reporting, tax schedules, audits, and internal controls; support leadership decision making.
