Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a skilled Finance Operations professional to manage day-to-day financial operations, including automated RIA and TPA fee processing, invoice creation, and journal entries for Government Savings contracts. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reconciliations, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with RIA, TPA teams and clients to answer questions, resolve issues, and deliver reliable reporting. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• PC skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Access a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly and monthly automated RIA & TPA fee processes.
• Resolve RIA/TPA issues and inquiries.
• Coordinate custom reporting of RIA information to firms.
• Submit RK HD tickets for fee enhancements, research and/or reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile Credit Memo and RK Loss databases per TOA.
• Oversee Managed accounts and Fiduciary service processes.
• Monthly allocation of fund revenue and participant fee equalization.
• QC wrap fee calculation.
• Create invoices and post wires for Government Saving contracts.
• Monthly reconciliation of billed revenue, insurance and mutual fund commissions.
