Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a finance operations professional to manage day-to-day RIA and TPA fee processing, along with government savings billings, managed accounts and related reconciliation tasks.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and collaboration with client service teams to ensure a smooth advisor payment experience. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• PC skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Access a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly automated RIA & TPA fee process including payment processing and error correction.
• Respond to RIA/TPA related issues and inquiries.
• Coordinate custom reporting and provide RIA information to various firms.
• Submit RK HD tickets for fee enhancements, research, or reporting.
• Maintain Credit Memo and RK Loss databases per TOA.
• Oversee Managed account and Fiduciary service processes.
• Allocate fund revenue monthly and manage participant fee equalization.
• QC quarterly wrap fee calculation and invoice creation/posting of wires.
