Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a detail-oriented finance operations professional to manage quarterly automated RIA, TPA, and payment processing. The role includes RIA database oversight, government savings billings, and coordination of fee equalization across plans.

You will prepare invoices, post wires, reconcile revenue, and generate dashboards while collaborating with client service teams to ensure accurate and timely advisor payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PC skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Access a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle quarterly automated RIA, TPA, and payment processing.
• Oversee RIA database and related reporting.
• Create invoices and post wires for Government Savings contracts.
• Monthly reconciliation of billed revenue and commissions; coordinate third-party payments.
• Dashboard reporting and QC of RIA payments.
