Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a finance operations professional in Minnesota to manage quarterly automated RIA/TPA fee processes, billing, and related reporting. The role includes coordinating payments, resolving inquiries, and maintaining relevant databases, with emphasis on accuracy and control.

The candidate should have a accounting/finance background, strong IT skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• PC skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Access a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly/monthly automated RIA/TPA fee process; handle payments and corrections.
• Resolve RIA/TPA questions and inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate reporting of RIA information to multiple firms.
• Submit RK HD tickets for fee enhancements or reporting.
• Maintain credit memo and RK loss databases per TOA.
• Oversee Managed accounts and Fiduciary service processes.
• Allocate fund revenue into plan holding accounts; manage fee equalization.
• QC wrap fee calculation on a monthly basis.
• Create invoices and post outgoing wires for Government Savings contracts.
• Monthly reconciliation of billed revenue and commissions; manage vendor payments.
• Prepare Dashboard reporting & QC of RIA payments.
• Collaborate with Strategic Business Consultant and client service teams.
• Balance multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
• Model and embody company Core Values in daily actions.
