Ascensus is a leading technology and service platform powering savings plans across America. This role handles daily financial operations, including quarterly automated RIA/TPA payments, fee processing, and report delivery to multiple firms.

The position requires strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Compensation is set at 64k with on-site work in Newton, MA.

Qualifications

• PC skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Access a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle day-to-day financial operations including quarterly automated RIA, TPA payment processing and distribution.
• Manage RIA database oversight and reporting.
• Oversee Government Savings billings and SubTA/12b1 processing.
• Coordinate invoice creation and posting of wires for Government Saving contracts.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of billed revenue, insurance and mutual fund commissions.
• Produce dashboard reports and QC of payments and ensure accurate data delivery to advisors.
