Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Owner of the quarterly and monthly automated RIA & TPA fee process.
• Respond to and resolve RIA/TPA related issues.
• Coordinate custom reporting and delivery of RIA information.
• Create invoices and post outgoing wires for Government Saving contracts.
• Monthly reconciliation of billed revenue, insurance and mutual fund commissions.
• QC quarterly wrap fee calculation.
• Work with client service to ensure a positive advisor payment experience.
