Ascensus is a leading technology and service platform powering savings plans across America. This role handles day-to-day financial operations including quarterly automated RIA, TPA payment processing, and RIA database oversight.

You will manage invoicing, journals, and monthly reconciliations, coordinating reports for multiple firms. Required are strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Own the quarterly and monthly automated RIA & TPA fee process including payment processing and research of variances.
• Respond to RIA/TPA related inquiries and support.
• Coordinate custom reporting and delivery of RIA information to various firms.
• Create invoices and post journal entries for Government Saving contracts.
• Monthly reconciliation of billed revenue, insurance and mutual fund commissions.
