Ascensus is seeking a Financial Operations professional to handle day-to-day processing of RIA/TPA fees, billing, and distribution. You will oversee automated payment cycles, reconcile revenue, and maintain RIA data while coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely advisor payments.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, and excellent communication. Remote work options are available with national scope.

Qualifications

• PC skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage quarterly and monthly automated RIA & TPA fee processes.
• Process payments and research/resolve errors and variances.
• Coordinate reporting and delivery of RIA information to firms.
• Create invoices and post journal entries for Government Saving contracts.
• Reconcile billed revenue and coordinate payments to third parties.
• QC RIA payments and dashboard reporting.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth advisor payments.
