Job summary

Empower LLC in the United States is seeking a Registered Financial Customer Service Professional for remote nationwide work. You will join a supportive team and complete paid associate training while growing your career in financial services.

Responsibilities include handling retirement account inquiries, updating plan information, processing changes, loans and withdrawals, and delivering excellent customer service without cold calls or sales pressure.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience (including but not limited to food service, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, or banking) OR two or more years of customer service experience.
• Current FINRA series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure required.
• Availability to work a 40-hour work week, outside of traditional business hours, Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday.
• Capability to work overtime as required based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service within our call center for retirement accounts.
• Educate and empower customers without having to make cold calls or sales.
• Communicate critical plan updates and changes.
• Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals.
• Process general account changes upon direction from the customer.
