Qualifications

• Controller-level experience with full ownership of the accounting function.
• Experience with mid-market companies and $50M–$300M revenue.
• Strong technical accounting background and complex issues handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening balance sheet builds and cash-to-accrual conversions.
• Improve accounting processes, reporting, and financial infrastructure.
• Collaborate with CEOs, CFOs, PE sponsors and senior executives.
• Lead client engagements and mentor junior team members.
• Potential progression into fractional CFO engagements.
