What You'll Bring

• Proven experience sitting in the Controller seat with full ownership of the accounting function/P&L
• Experience in a mid-market environment, ideally $50M–$300M in revenue
• Strong technical accounting background
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction
• Knowledge of percentage-of-completion, WIP, and cost accounting
• Experience building an opening balance sheet and/or leading a cash-to-accrual conversion
• Strong client presence and the ability to communicate with C-level executives
• Willingness to travel approximately 35%, with travel varying by engagement

CPA, consulting experience, PE-backed experience, and FP&A/modeling skills are valued but not required.
