This role requires 2+ years as a Financial Controller, construction industry experience, and a reliable internet connection. You will verify payments, generate weekly expense reports, perform monthly reconciliations, and maintain project and partner records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Financial Controller or related position.

Responsibilities

• Record and categorize daily financial transactions for bank and credit accounts.
• Manage the billing inbox and accurately enter vendor bills in QuickBooks Online.
• Set up and maintain customer and vendor records while monitoring project updates.
• Verify customer payments and apply them to the correct invoices.
• Generate weekly expense reports and ensure accurate job and customer allocation.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and maintain comprehensive financial records.
• Maintain partner-related tracking, including cap tables, commissions, and analysis.
