Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine eligibility and accurately award aid following guidelines for all fund sources.
• Assess and approve documentation for Title IV Verification and related requirements.
• Calculate and schedule excess funding to be returned to a student, lender, or other source.
• Complete drop evaluations including Return to Title IV calculations when students cease attending.
• Manage complex financial aid issues and troubleshoot potential problems.
• Review and adjust accounts; coordinate with team and other departments.
