Dandy is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our finance systems, starting with NetSuite and expanding to Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report. You will manage internal and external resources, drive automation, and build scalable processes within a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in finance systems
• 5+ years with core finance systems including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Order Management, and Procurement
• Hands-on NetSuite configuration, administration, and API integrations
• Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows
• Experience building and scaling finance systems in growth environments
• Strategic thinker with ability to execute tactically
• Collaborative, cross-functional communicator across Accounting, Engineering, and Operations
• Detail-oriented and process-driven

Responsibilities

• Define the structure and vision for a high-performing Finance Systems team
• Define and optimize NetSuite and other finance systems across the organization
• Establish best practices for configuration, data integrity, and security
• Manage internal and external resources delivering NetSuite SuiteScript and integrations
• Foster data-driven reporting and analytics within Finance
• Collaborate with Accounting, Engineering, and Operations to align initiatives
