Job summary

DoiT is modernizing its financial systems and seeking a Financial Systems Engineer to own NetSuite today, with FloQast and Ramp coming online. This high-ownership role partners with Finance and Engineering to automate and streamline processes, reduce manual work, and ensure data integrity across systems.

You will own configuration, business logic, and cross-system integrations while collaborating with internal teams to scale finance operations as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years administering a financial or ERP system with hands-on NetSuite admin
• Experience automating finance ops via scripting, saved searches, or low-code tools
• Ability to read and reason about integrations and data rules

Responsibilities

• Own and administer core financial systems including NetSuite with FloQast and Ramp
• Identify and automate manual finance ops (month-end close, reconciliations, reporting)
• Define business logic and rules for finance data; partner with engineering on integrations
• Build cross-system integrations on a central platform with version control
• Serve as technical owner for vendor onboarding, configuration, and administration
• Leverage AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine work
