Job summary

Dandy is transforming the dental industry with technology-driven finance systems. The Manager, Finance Systems will lead strategy, implementation, and optimization of core finance systems, starting with NetSuite and expanding to Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report processes.

The role reports to the Head of Finance Systems and requires hands-on configuration, plus management of technical resources to deliver scalable, data-driven finance solutions in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• Define the vision and structure of a high-performing Finance Systems function.
• Define standards for NetSuite configuration, data, integrations, and reporting.
• Establish best practices for system configuration, data integrity, user management, security, testing, and deployment.
• Manage internal or external resources responsible for NetSuite SuiteScript development and integrations.
• Foster data-driven insights within Finance for reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Engineering, and Operations to align initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and implementation of core finance systems.
• Oversee NetSuite configuration, data integrity, and security.
• Drive automation and scalability across Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash, and R2R processes.
• Manage technical resources for API integrations and SuiteScript work.
• Build a data-driven culture with finance reporting and analytics.
