Job summary

OneImaging Inc. is a high-growth radiology access company offering a remote work environment in the United States.

The finance team seeks an experienced accounting/finance operations professional to own end-to-end AR, payroll administration, and the monthly close, while collaborating with an external accounting firm to ensure accurate reporting. You will optimize DSO, manage prefunded patient exam card programs, and contribute to scalable financial operations.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of accounting/finance ops experience with monthly close.
• Strong AR/invoicing/collections and cash reconciliation with evidence of improving collections.
• Experience overseeing outsourced accounting and payroll administration via Rippling or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AR including invoicing, cash application, collections and aging.
• Lead payroll via Rippling and manage Ramp program and spend controls.
• Coordinate with external accounting firm to close books monthly and ensure accurate reporting.
