Scan.com is building America's national imaging network, connecting patients, providers, and payers to faster, higher-quality diagnostic imaging. The Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate will support the Accounting Manager, manage incoming payments, maintain records, and ensure timely collection of invoices.

This role is central to our finance team, contributing to healthy cash flow and strong client relationships, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, AI-forward environment.

Competenze

• Solid accounting background with experience in journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Good understanding of accounting principles for accurate financial reporting.
• Comfortable with tight month-end close deadlines and delivering against them.
• Experience dealing with external auditors.
• NetSuite and Ramp experience is ideal.
• Advanced Excel for financial analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills to present financial insights and support cross-functional decisions.

Mansioni

• Process and post customer payments and refunds accurately and promptly.
• Follow up with stakeholders regarding outstanding invoices and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Generate and distribute regular aging reports and statements.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues or disputes with sales and customer service teams.
• Prepare bank deposits and assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts and financial statement transactions.
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed.
