Job summary

OneImaging Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Operations Manager to build and scale financial operations supporting rapid growth. You will own day-to-day accounting, supervise our external partner, and optimize AR, collections, and cash forecasting.

This hands-on role reports to the VP of Finance and focuses on improving processes, controls, and reporting accuracy across multiple systems including QuickBooks, Rippling, Ramp, Lithic, and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience owning the monthly close process.
• Proven track record in AR, invoicing, collections, and cash reconciliation.
• Experience managing outsourced accounting/bookkeeping.
• Payroll administration experience with a payroll platform.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Ramp, Lithic, and Salesforce.
