• Minimum 3+ years in a ministry or other high interpersonal skills based position.
• Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, and financial management software (Sage is a plus).
• Bachelor’s Degree; analytical mind with a strategic ability.

Responsibilities

• Expense Card Management and Reconciliation: issue cards, maintain records, ensure receipts and policy compliance.
• Accounts Payable and Financial Processing: handle payment requests with proper documentation and coding.
• Accounting and Administrative Support: assist with month-end close, reconciliation, and audits.
