LifeWise Academy Inc. is seeking a gospel-centered, details-focused Finance Operations Coordinator to join our team. This part-time role supports expense management, accounts payable, and financial reporting from our Ohio HQ in Hilliard, with remote or hybrid options as the organization grows nationwide.

You will balance receipts, coding, and deadlines while serving a mission-driven organization that aims to make a Gospel impact through thoughtful financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ministry or other high-interpersonal roles
• Proven experience as finance coordinator
• Proficient in Google Suite and financial software
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Manage expense card program including issuing cards and records
• Communicate expense card policies clearly to staff
• Monitor activity to ensure policy compliance
• Ensure receipts and documentation are complete and accurate
• Assist with journal entries and monthly reconciliations
• Support month-end close and financial reporting
• Maintain organized financial records per retention rules
• Provide additional accounting support as needed
