• CPA licensure and 5+ years of relevant finance experience with 3+ years as CPA.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with nonprofit accounting, budgeting, and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial reporting.
• Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and financial controls.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for decisions.
• Provide strategic financial advice to leadership on performance and risk.
• Ensure regulatory and tax compliance for nonprofit status.
• Manage accounting systems and develop finance team capabilities.
• Report to leadership and safeguard ministry assets.
